Microsoft Azure has resolved this issue. Clinics and patients will now be able to launch Medeo video appointments.

Update

Microsoft has indicated that their rollback is complete and they say they have started work on "recovering nodes and routing traffic through healthy nodes, and as we make progress in this workstream, customers will continue to see improvement."

We do not know how long this will take, we are continuing to monitor and will update this page when we have more information

We have identified that Video Visits being unable to launch is linked to a major outage being experienced by Microsoft Azure. We are monitoring this Microsoft service and will update as soon as we have more information.

We are aware of a issue with Major Azure that is affecting Medeo video visits. Clinics and patients are unable to launch at this time.
